The twin/double room at Lusitanus was cozy and comfortable, with a lovely balcony that provided a refreshing breeze. I loved having a tea/coffee maker in the room, perfect for starting the day. Plus, the patio was a great spot to unwind and enjoy the view.
Personally, I found the tea/coffee maker a bit tricky to use, but others may still enjoy it.

Great location for horse lovers! the hotel is right in the heart of the horse town, with a view of beautiful horses stabled nearby. It's also conveniently located near the central square and within walking distance to restaurants and cafés. the rooms are clean and comfortable, with a lovely little balcony to enjoy the view. Plus, the staff is friendly and accommodating.
The only drawback was the noise from other guests. Some people were quite loud early in the morning, which woke me up.

Ideal location for Golega Horse Fair, beautiful property, close to horses, great restaurant recommendation, friendly staff.
Nothing, no complaints at all.

The location was perfect for our family's love of outdoor activities. We enjoyed exploring the nearby countryside, going on scenic walks, and discovering hidden trails perfect for hiking. The picturesque surroundings provided the ideal setting for cycling, with a variety of routes to choose from. , the nearby river was a haven for fishing enthusiasts, where we spent quality time bonding as a family and reeling in some impressive catches.
My children wanted more family-friendly amenities, such as a playground or a kids' club, to keep them entertained during downtime.

I had a blast hiking, cycling, and fishing.NOT! The only thing I did was sit on the terrace and eat at the restaurant. At least the towels were provided.
Oh, how I loved feeling like a sardine in a can with all the sweaty tourists in the room next door. The audacity of enjoying their conversations at 8am!
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
